বাংলাদেশের সবচেয়ে প্রাচীন ও সর্ববৃহৎ রাজনৈতিক দল ‘বাংলাদেশ আওয়ামী লীগ’ এর ২০তম জাতীয় সম্মেলনে স্বাগতম!
অক্টোবর ২২-২৩ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিতব্য এই সম্মেলন যথাক্রমে ঐতিহাসিক সোহরাওয়ার্দি উদ্যান এবং ইঞ্জিনিয়ার্স ইন্সটিটিউট এ অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। সারা দেশ থেকে ৬,৫৭০ জন কাউন্সিলর এই সম্মেলনে ভোটের মাধ্যমে দলটির ভবিষ্যৎ নেতৃত্ব নির্বাচন করবেন। পাশাপাশি মহানগর থেকে তৃণমূল, সকল পর্যায়ের ৫০ হাজারের বেশি নেতা-কর্মী-সমর্থক এই কাউন্সিলে উপস্থিত থাকবেন।
গনতান্ত্রিক উপায়ে নেতৃত্ব নির্বাচনের জন্য, জেলা থেকে ইউনিয়ন, সকল পর্যায়ে সম্মেলনের চুড়ান্ত রুপ হলো এই জাতীয় সম্মেলন। দলের শীর্ষ নেতৃবৃন্দ, বিদেশি প্রতিনিধি ও আমন্ত্রিত অতিথিরা মঞ্চে উপস্থিত থাকবেন।
আওয়ামী লীগের সকল জাতীয় সম্মেলনের মধ্যে ২০তম সম্মেলনটি অনন্য, আরো বিস্তৃত, ব্যাপক। আয়োজন স্থল ছাড়াও, এবার প্রথমবারের মত লক্ষ লক্ষ সমর্থক-নেতা-কর্মী অনলাইনে যুক্ত হবেন। আওয়ামী লীগের জাতীয় সম্মেলনের ইতিহাসের সাথে বাংলাদেশের জন্মের ইতিহাস, দেশের সংগ্রামী জনগণের অধিকারের ইতিহাস ওতপ্রোতভাবে জড়িত।
“উন্নয়নের মহাসড়কে এগিয়ে চলেছি দুর্বার, এখন সময় বাংলাদেশের মাথা উঁচু করে দাঁড়াবার” এই স্লোগানকে সামনে রেখে ২০৪১ সাল পর্যন্ত দেশের উন্নয়নের রূপরেখা তৈরি করাই এবারের ২০তম জাতীয় সম্মেলনের মুল লক্ষ্য।
স্বাধীনতার চেতনাকে তুলে ধরতে, একটি উন্নত অর্থনীতির দেশ হিসেবে গড়ে উঠতে, নারীর ক্ষমতায়ন ও সমঅধিকার নিশ্চিত করতে, একটি ধর্মনিরপেক্ষ, প্রগতিশীল, শান্তিপুর্ন ও সমৃদ্ধশালী দেশ হিসেবে বাংলাদেশকে গড়ে তুলতে- আওয়ামী লীগের সাথে থাকুন।
Welcome to the official FB event page of the 20th National Conference of the country’s oldest and largest political party-Bangladesh Awami League.
Scheduled to be held between 22nd October and 23rd October, this two day demoratic conference of Awami League will take place respectively- at the historic Suhrawardy Udyan and Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) in the capital. At this council, as many as 6, 570 councilors across the country will gather to exercise their voting rights to elect new leadership for the party. Alongside, around 50, 000 supporters and activists from rural to urban will converge to stand in solidarity.
This national conference is the culmination of thousands of other such councils held within the local units from division to union level with the democratic participation of activists to elect fresh leadership. Party top leaders, foreign delegates and invited guests of political parties would be on the stage.
A new chapter of history is set to unfold this year, as the call of the conference will become ever more inclusive. Beyond the venue, hundreds of thousands of supporters, patrons, leaders and activists will get connected via the online coverage of the grand event. The history of the party conference is centered on the history of the birth of the country and the advancement of the rights of the toiling masses. With the theme “Bangladesh is advancing speedily on the development super-highway. The time to hold our heads high is now,” this conference will illustrate plans and goals that the country's most democratic party has set to implement and achieve by 2041.
